Well all I can say is that the speed with which this last fortnight has disappeared doesn't bode well for 2012! I have some news for you this week as well as an amazing top three - we'll do the top three first and come to the fab news in a minute I think :D

Choosing the top three for 'Raise a Smile' fell to me and I thought I'd never narrow it down!! I got there in the end though and chose them all for different reasons so here they are in no particular order:

Ellen for a card that is just so joyous I couldn't resist it!

Val for a card that isn't just beautifully made, but one I'm in full agreement with!

The Navy Wife - this card is stunning but the story of a duaghter's love for her mother (and vice versa) really brought it to life and illustrates just what Mother's Day is truly about.

Now it's time to announce our top three for challenge #36. We had a tremendous number of entries and they were all of such a high standard that you gave Janet a headache! She wants me to tell you that you're all winners in her book but after much thought and angst she finally whittled it down to:

Debs -So different! Love the egg shape, colours - so unusual

Lalkygirl - loved the colours, layout especially, handmade flowers and a super image

The Navy Wife - Wonderful attention to detail, very tactile - beautiful colours and lovely
